A Strategic Housing Development consisting of 202 no. housing units, 182 no. apartment and duplex units, creche and associated ancillary development at Ballykeeffe, Raheen, Co Limerick. Part of this project required an Environmental Impact Assessment Report. Permission granted in June 2022.
